Summary

The job is for a Sales Operations Coordinator at a Korean food company. The role involves managing territories, processing orders, invoices, and shipments, closing sales goals, planning promotional expenses, analyzing market trends, and researching competitors. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
• 1-3 Years’ Experience (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions through system
• Territory management (Personal Vehicle is NEEDED! Gas and milage is provided)
• Process invoices and monitor shipment due date
• Closing management - weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing sales goal for account
• Plan and execution for promotion expenses to each account
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the products
