You will ensure maximum utilization of our On-Prem Deltek Vantagepoint software, collaborating with various teams to develop data management solutions. Responsibilities include managing user roles, creating reports, and conducting training. This position offers flexibility with potential for a remote home office. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant ERP experience, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, management information systems, business administration, accounting, or computer science
- Three or more years of advanced experience using an ERP system in an accounting or project management role within a professional services environment
- Experience creating custom fields, workflows, and reports
- Previous experience utilizing and customizing Deltek Vantagepoint solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through experience assisting users with troubleshooting issues and conducting training on system functionality and upgrades
- Ability to work independently
- Inquisitive, driven, and self-starter personality
- Technical aptitude and interest in acquiring competence within the SQL language
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel to visit TKDA offices and attend industry-specific conferences
Responsibilities
- Help revolutionize how we leverage our data to make informed decisions on critical issues and strategic initiatives by ensuring maximum utilization of our On-Prem Deltek Vantagepoint enterprise software
- Collaborate and interact with a variety of team members, including senior management, finance, IT, and project managers, to assess today’s business needs and tomorrow’s business objectives to develop relevant and insightful data management solutions
- Evaluate existing business and data management processes, re-establish compliance across divisions as appropriate, bring existing system functionality and reporting up to date, and prepare our team and the contents of our database for upcoming system upgrades
- Manage user and security roles
- Create system workflows
- Create ad-hoc and customized reports
- Make application configuration changes as needed
- Solicit feedback from users on system functionality and expectations
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for users in group, one-on-one, and remote environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Deltek workflows and stored procedures
- Previous experience in ERP implementation and/or conversions
- Previous experience working with an architecture and/or engineering consulting firm
- Previous experience providing support to remote users
- Previous experience writing basic SQL queries and using SSRS
- Proficiency with statistics and familiarity with general business process and controls
- Previous experience with Unionpoint and/or Workato
