Summary

Join Verdani Partners as their ESG Coordinator, a full-time remote or Carlsbad, CA-based position offering a competitive salary ($65,000-$75,000/year). You will assist in implementing corporate sustainability programs and policies for diverse clients, working closely with the President and Directors of Sustainability. This entry-level role includes a 3-6 month training period and requires excellent communication and presentation skills. Preference is given to candidates with commercial real estate and/or corporate sustainability experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or Business Admin
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as graphic communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to meet the needs of clients and the company
  • Experience with general office software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Interest in becoming an expert in corporate sustainability
  • Ability to learn on the job
  • Willingness to work onsite at the Carlsbad office for the initial training period (3-6 months)
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Aid Verdani Partners with incorporating corporate sustainability programs and policies for each client
  • Directly help the President and Directors of Sustainability in implementing policies in organizations with diversified, national and international portfolios of buildings
  • Coordinate directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • LEED Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional - EBOM, EIT
  • Commercial Real Estate Experience
  • Corporate Sustainability Experience
  • Energy Star Portfolio Manager
  • LEED Existing Buildings Operation & Maintenance (EBOM)
