Summary

Verdani Partners is seeking a full-time ESG Manager to manage the 'greening' of a portfolio of existing buildings. The role involves data management, survey collection, reporting, and certifications coordination between clients and property teams. The position can be remote or based in Carlsbad, CA with a salary range of $85,000 - $90,000/year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Major in: Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, Energy Management, Real Estate, Sustainability, or related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Manage the 'greening' of a portfolio of existing buildings
• Support ESG program needs including data management, survey collection, reporting and certifications coordination between the clients and property teams
• Work closely with Verdani’s engineering team to help coordinate data collection with Asset and Property Managers
• Support our client’s ESG programs with tracking ESG data portfolio wide, sustainability and ESG reporting, implementing employee and tenant engagement, and education programs
• Help conduct ESG assessments, complete due diligence questionnaires, implement ESG policies, track ongoing progress, and support educational webinars and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree, Majors: Architecture, Environmental Science/Design/Engineering, or related fields
• LEED Accredited Professional – EBOM
• Additional Licenses: Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
