Requirements

• Enrolled student with the motivation to gain valuable experience in event marketing and expand your know-how
• Fluent communication in German and English
• Enthusiasm for digital products and the energy industry
• Prior experience from other internships or working student positions
• Reside in Cologne or surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Support two event managers in the preparation, implementation, and success analysis of events
• Create content (texts, graphics, videos, etc.) for various marketing channels, such as LinkedIn, landing pages, or newsletters
• Assist and coordinate setup and teardown activities for events, as well as on-site support for event guests
• Organize promotional materials, such as team shirts, giveaways, or name tags
• Contribute ideas on how to further develop event formats
• Analyze marketing key figures and create reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a driver's license and willingness to handle transportation using the company car
• Ideally available for 20 hours per week and flexible for events outside of regular working hours, such as evening events during the week
