Work Student Strategic Projects

Join Xentral, a growing tech startup backed by Sequoia Capital and Visionaries Club, as a Werkstudent*in in Strategic Projects. Work directly with the Co-CEO and Chief of Staff, contributing to company-wide initiatives and fostering sustainable growth. Conduct market and competitor analyses, develop strategic concepts, and collaborate on cross-departmental projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic project management and contribute to the future of Xentral.

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study - ideally at LMU or TU Munich
• You already have practical experience in strategic project work or project coordination - ideally in a consulting environment or in other dynamic, demanding work contexts, such as through working student activities or internships
• You work proactively, are a strong communicator and have a strong organizational talent - especially when coordinating complex projects
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and orally

Responsibilities

• You take on independent responsibility for growth initiatives, which you manage holistically from conception to implementation - with the goal of promoting sustainable growth at Xentral and automating processes wherever possible
• You conduct well-founded market and competitive analyses and derive recommendations for action from them
• You work closely with the Co-CEO and Chief of Staff on strategically relevant, cross-departmental projects and actively contribute to their implementation
• You develop pragmatic and at the same time structured concepts that you can present convincingly to internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

You have a passion for technology, love efficient processes and ideally have experience with tools like Make.com, Zapier, Clay, HubSpot or Excel - if you have already written automation scripts, that's a bonus, but not a must
