Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox: prioritize, flag, and draft responses as needed
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and events; send reminders to relevant parties
  • Maintain and organize digital files across platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Order supplies, materials, gifts, or other essentials as requested
  • Research funding opportunities, software tools, vendors, and venues
  • Draft and send internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, email updates to staff, interns, and families)
  • Create and manage surveys (Google Forms or similar); compile and present results
  • Support the hiring process by posting job ads, tracking applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and administrative staff: relay messages, follow up on task completion, and filter routine inquiries
  • Assist in creating visual content using Canva, including newsletters, flyers, and social media graphics (e.g., Instagram posts or stories)
