Responsibilities
- Manage emails, keeping our inboxes tidy and up-to-date
- Handle scheduling, ensuring my days are organised and prioritised
- Support with internal financial management tasks, like tracking and organising expenses
- Assist with marketing exploration, helping both businesses grow
- Create engaging monthly newsletters to connect with our clients and stakeholders
- Oversee documentation processes for PHC, ensuring seamless onboarding for caregivers and new clients
- Coordinate office operations and improve workflows to enhance efficiency
- Support financial organization for YKira, assisting with data entry and client communications
- Serve as a tech-savvy problem solver, tackling administrative challenges with ease
