Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Background in customer support and/or marketing roles
  • Excellent knowledge of English with minimal accent
  • Proactive and communicative, able to grasp tasks quickly
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and handling high-level executive tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' schedules, communications, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for meetings
  • Act as liaison between executives and departments
  • Ensure smooth workflow and resource management across teams
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors
  • Analyze data to support reports and decision-making
  • Prepare research briefs and stay updated on market developments
  • Develop reports on KPIs and project progress
  • Collect, analyze, and present data regularly
  • Ensure accurate and clear reporting for stakeholders
  • Plan, execute, and track project progress. (may include social media)
  • Define scope, timelines, and resources
  • Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of projects
