Summary

Join Aledade as the Arkansas Executive Director and lead business operations in the Arkansas market. You will act as a liaison between the field and centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations. Partner with medical directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals. This role requires setting strategic direction, managing business development, supporting market teams, and ensuring financial accountability. You will also be responsible for achieving savings and quality targets, fostering regional growth, managing ACO operations, and developing direct reports. Requirements

  • Be a Resident of the state of Arkansas
  • Have 10+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry (i.e., health plan, hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, government, pharmacy chain, management consulting) with a proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with senior management
  • Have 7+ years of management experience
  • Have 3+ years of Value Based Care experience

Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Leadership to set the strategic direction for the Arkansas market
  • Be responsible for business development and relationship management at the market level
  • Provide support and direction to Market Manager(s), Practice Transformation Specialist(s) in Arkansas
  • Assume Financial Accountability for their market with a heavier focus on operational excellence
  • Set and achieve annual savings and quality targets for contracts and practices, in alignment with current year Revenue Performance Priorities and in conjunction with the VPs and Directors of Provider Networks teams as applicable
  • Collaborate with Central Growth and local field team to identify and establish partnerships with new physician practices; establish connections with key regional and local partner organizations (e.g., health systems, specialists, ancillary groups, post-acute providers, etc.) to achieve targets
  • Manage ACO Profit & Loss and Actively interface between ACO operations teams and Aledade Centralized Support teams to maximize financial returns
  • Lead local and/or multi-state ACO Boards
  • Serve as a Liaison between ACO Board and Aledade Centralized Support teams
  • Support the professional development goals and endeavors of direct reports, guiding their aspirations to align with company goals and OKRs
  • Proactively develops succession planning goals and pathways to ensure a smooth transition for future market EDs

Preferred Qualifications

Have a Master’s degree or other advanced degrees in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
