Summary

Join Serotonin, a leading marketing and communications partner for digital asset companies, as a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role requires managing the CEO's daily operations, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, requiring proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented skills. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Experience in Web3 or passion to learn about the space
  • Accommodating of diverse time zones
  • Proactivity is 100% essential – better to be see around corners and be preemptive
  • Extra emphasis on digital communication – Telegram, Slack, G-Suite, WhatsApp
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites as it relates to Amanda’s calendar
  • Booking travel related & not related to Serotonin
  • Diary medical and personal appointments
  • Personal errands, (eg. mail sorting, gifting, personal purchases)
  • Support with her personal business entity
  • Gatekeeper and liaison with third parties on behalf of Amanda

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
