Summary
Join Serotonin, a leading marketing and communications partner for digital asset companies, as a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role requires managing the CEO's daily operations, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, requiring proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented skills. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Experience in Web3 or passion to learn about the space
- Accommodating of diverse time zones
- Proactivity is 100% essential – better to be see around corners and be preemptive
- Extra emphasis on digital communication – Telegram, Slack, G-Suite, WhatsApp
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites as it relates to Amanda’s calendar
- Booking travel related & not related to Serotonin
- Diary medical and personal appointments
- Personal errands, (eg. mail sorting, gifting, personal purchases)
- Support with her personal business entity
- Gatekeeper and liaison with third parties on behalf of Amanda
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
