Summary

The job involves leading QA efforts for a large-scale project across multiple teams, ensuring compliance with client standards, driving continuous improvement, and managing integration and E2E tests. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as a Test Manager, knowledge of test automation, financial domain knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as Test Manager for large, complex solutions
  • Understanding of test process, test enablers (environments, data, integrations, tooling)
  • Financial domain knowledge, Payments domain (ISO20022 standard, SEPA and Swift messages) - Reporting&Archiving is a plus
  • Solid experience in managing integration and E2E tests for large projects with number of teams involved
  • Experience with communication to Third Party Vendor (that is sourcing one of the solution)
  • Some experience with Web, http or API related testing
  • Knowledge of test automation
  • Experience in testing in agile projects - preferably in SAFe
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creating and innovating
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • English spoken & Written (Superior level)

Responsibilities

  • Organize tests within a few teams at the same time in accordance with Client standards
  • Ensure all required types and levels of testing are planned, implemented, executed, and reported in accordance with Client Quality Standard
  • Lead all QA efforts especially across integration and E2E tests in large scale project
  • Cooperate with other teams sourcing and receiving payments data
  • Drive continuous improvement and introduction of best practices
  • Ensure the availability of test environment and test data
  • Understand and address testing skill gaps as well as coach and help team members to ensure agility and excellent deliveries
  • Communicate clearly on at least ART level and below
  • Provide input on test approach, strategy, and tools
  • Plan and organize meetings with External vendors
  • Focus on automation area as well as Non-Functional Requirements
