Join our dynamic Petal Search team as an Assistant Product Manager to build compelling product features, own market insight, and drive competitive search products.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
• Organization, coordination, and teamwork capabilities, strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, and excellent spoken English
• Data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision making mindset
• Familiar with Internet Technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to independently complete tasks such as PRD document preparation, requirement data definition and data dotting design

Responsibilities

• Build and own a batch of compelling product features for Petal Search that aligns with team’s Key Performance Indicators
• Stay up-to-date on customer needs and market trends
• Take charge of market insight, competitive product analysis, and end user requirement analysis and prioritization for search vertical products (such as Healthcare, Wellness, Entertainment, Sports, Education..etc), 2B Ecosystem Platform (Integration with vertical industry)
• Take charge of search product roadmap management and third-party CP ecosystem cooperation to build competitive search products
• Take charge of product research, design new features and promote product iteration implementation in cross-product teams
• Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions
• Undertake user satisfaction KPIs, explore potential user requirements and product improvement directions through data analysis, and improve user satisfaction
• Facilitate communication throughout development process, fostering a collaborative environment and a strong team oriented culture

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in Product Management is preferred
