Summary

Join Treatwell as a Customer Success Manager in Brussels and bridge the gap between Treatwell and our salon partners. This remote role involves regular in-person meetings with the local team. You will be responsible for onboarding new salons, retaining existing ones, and providing consultative sales support. You will build strong relationships with salon partners, ensuring high engagement and improving their online presence. The ideal candidate possesses experience in consultative sales and account management, excellent communication skills in French and English, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Requirements

  • Have experience in consultative sales and account management, with a strong background in phone-based communication and selling B2B services in person
  • Be fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are always thinking of ways to improve both your own performance and that of the salons
  • Be a good listener and understand the challenges of salon partners, building trust and effectively guiding them to find solutions
  • Have a winning mentality and are driven to maximize customer satisfaction while meeting your own commercial targets
  • Be willing to become the face of Treatwell in your market, the go-to person they can reach for their business related questions

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new salons on-site, helping them quickly adopt and continuously use the software
  • Guide salons that want to end the partnership, helping them understand how to fully utilize Treatwell
  • During walk-ins and phone calls, ask the right questions and actively listen to the needs and challenges of salons, offering tailored solutions and additional features
  • Build strong relationships with salon partners, ensuring high engagement through great service and expert guidance to improve their online presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a background in retention
  • Have knowledge of Dutch
