Requirements

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in field-related work
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and creativity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate and manage partnerships and internal and external relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Google Apps, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, task management platforms such as Monday.com)
  • Comfortable working remotely and as part of a small team
  • Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week and at least one Saturday per month for in-person engagements

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in community outreach and engagement activities
  • Attend monthly in-person training sessions, with transportation provided
  • Utilize the provided tablet for various field activities and online training
  • Each month you will receive training on a field skill with week to week goals of how to implement it on your campus
  • Work closely with team members during in-person meetings and virtual engagements
  • Regularly report on field activities and progress
