Join Rackspace Technology as a Field Marketing Specialist III and contribute to the success of our products and services. You will design, develop, and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies, leveraging various marketing channels to launch and position our offerings. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify and implement effective marketing strategies. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will translate account-based sales objectives into actionable marketing plans and strategies. You will also manage day-to-day marketing program requirements, drive market intelligence readiness, and facilitate ongoing account check-ins with field sellers. This is a remote position with the option for a hybrid work schedule for candidates residing within 40 miles of our San Antonio office.

- High School Diploma or regional equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute the degree requirement
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the field of role required
- Experience with Hubspot
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with working closely with Sales
- May require long periods of sitting and viewing a computer monitor
- General office environment: No special physical demands required
- Occasional domestic/international travel, less than 50%
Responsibilities
- Translates account-based sales objectives (both opportunity-based and relationship-based) to the demand and event marketing teams and partners to create the actionable cross-portfolio integrated go-to-market (GTM) marketing plans, strategies, programs, tailored messaging, and content that support driving pipeline and acceleration for targeted accounts and contacts
- Manages day-to-day requirements to land demand generation and locally created marketing programs and readiness with sales
- Drives market intelligence readiness, in partnership with segment marketing, for sales
- Facilitates ongoing account check-ins with field sellers to ensure account goals remain on track and support forecast requirements, managing correction of errors and adjusting plans as necessary to support bookings
- Monitors and reports results of programs and non-digital direct marketing activities
- Other Incidental tasks related to the job, as necessary
Benefits
- The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $82,300 - $120,670
- The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $87,500 - $128,370
- The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City, and Washington is: $95,900 - $140,580
- Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of a bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments
- These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time
- Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location
