Summary

Join GoGlobal, a leading global expansion service provider, and assist multinational clients with global business setup. You will manage company registration, liaise with in-country partners, maintain entity management systems, and support KYC requests. This role demands attention to detail, strong project management skills, and experience with global partners. A degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of corporate governance/corporate secretarial experience are required. Requirements

  • Excellent command of English written and oral communication skills
  • A degree from an established university, preferably in corporate governance, accounting, business, economics or law
  • At least 3 years of corporate governance/ corporate secretarial experience
  • Excellent project and partners management skills with previous experience handling global partners
  • Demonstrate experience in managing multi-national client projects from initiation to completion, with strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Solution orientated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, remote and multi-cultural team environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist our multi-national Clients’ with global business set up from A to Z which includes project management of i) company registration and ii) registration of the entity with local authorities iii) application of relevant licenses
  • Liaise with in-country partners on entity management ensuring full compliance and good standing of our clients’ legal structures throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure seamless delivery of services that align with our SLAs as well as clients’ requirement. This includes tracking compliance deadlines, maintaining accurate corporate records, managing entity data, and overseeing corporate governance on a global scale – i.e. filings of annual returns, renewing business registration licenses, and maintaining other statutory records
  • Maintain the Company's entity management system updated with current record, including keeping up-to-date records of statutory filings and deadlines, entity names, shareholders, directors, and officers/managers, and organizational charts, to ensure accurate and accessible data
  • Support Know Your Customer (KYC) requests together with our internal compliance team as requested

Preferred Qualifications

  • Chinese is a distinctive advantage
  • Chartered Governance Professional/ Chartered Secretary is a strong plus
