Field Sales Representative

Summary

Join Smoore Holdings as a Brand Ambassador (Sales Rep) and contribute to the success of our vaping products. This full-time position offers great benefits and uncapped commissions. You will be responsible for visiting vape shops, building relationships, introducing new products, and gathering market information. The role requires excellent communication skills, experience in the vaping industry, and a valid driver's license. Locations include Dallas, Austin, Houston, Charlotte, Las Vegas, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Cincinnati. Travel is required, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Possess excellent verbal communication skills
• Have a minimum of a high school degree
• Have a minimum of one year of working experience in or directly related to the vaping industry
• Have a valid driver's license
• Reside in or be familiar with the market area of the assigned region
• Show initiative and be self-driven
• Be passionate about the art of vaping
• Be willing to be part of a dynamic, global team
• Possess strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
• Love to travel: nationwide and occasional international travel

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for vape shop visits, relationship maintenance, new product recommendations and offline store activities
• Create a schedule to align with HQ to visit vape shops
• Introduce and inform shops of new products coming to market and work with them to help them connect with local distributors
• Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc., to source new sales opportunities
• Identify interest and understand customer/Vapeshop needs and requirements
• Collect information to help better understand the local market
• Conduct product research and market information collection
• Use the company APP and submit weekly reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior Customer Service and supervisory experience
• Have a college degree
