Field Sales Representative

Summary

Join Markforged, a company reinventing the manufacturing industry, as a Field Sales Representative. You will sell cutting-edge 3D printing platforms (FX10/FX20 and PX100) to Fortune 100 manufacturers, exceeding quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with inside sales and application engineers to build your pipeline and lead strategic sales campaigns. This strategic role demands strong solution sales experience, organizational skills, and business development acumen. Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience in a revenue closing role with proven quota attainment
• Highly productive communication skills with business and technical individuals
• Ability to lead C-Suite communications including discovery meetings, presentations, and proposals
• High level of technical aptitude to become subject matter expert
• A positive, can-do, #OneTeam attitude is a key quality to succeed on the Markforged sales team
• Willingness to travel up to 70%

Responsibilities

• Develop your own pipeline
• Meet quarterly and yearly sales targets
• Work closely with your Go-To Market teams (Inside Sales and Application Engineers) to drive awareness, sales, and support for your prospects and customers
• Manage weekly sales expectations and forecasts for transactional and consultative business
• Effectively define, communicate, and execute mapping Markforged solutions to customers business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical sales experience of process-related products is a plus
• Experience and knowledge of AM (Additive Manufacturing) and 3D Printing a plus
