As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Nielsen metering hardware and software in panel households, ensuring panel cooperation and quality. You will foster relationships with panel members, collect data, and manage assigned assets. Success in this position requires proficiency in computer hardware and software, strong English and Swedish language skills, and a valid driver's license. The ability to work remotely, individually, and as part of a team is essential.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in the area of f2f customer service. Ideally - ISP Installer, Cable provider reps, home appliance installation etc
  • Sales/technical support/customer service background
  • Exceptional Customer service / relationship-building skills and results orientation
  • Strong English + Swedish proficiency
  • Proficient computer hardware and software knowledge and skills
  • University / Technical certificate
  • Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a quality, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Willingness to spend defined proportion of time travelling (in the field)
  • Ability to work remotely, individually, and in a team environment
  • Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
  • Business acumen
  • Valid driving license with clean background

Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain strong panel member cooperation through more than formal relationships according to company procedure
  • Provides clear, courteous and effective telephone and Face-to-Face support for panel members
  • Install, maintain, and de-install Nielsen metering hardware and software in panel member households according to procedure
  • Conduct panel household questionnaire updates as assigned (e.g. demographic, lifestyle, privacy agreements, etc.)
  • Collect and report panel data according to policy and procedure
  • Execute standard operating procedures to ensure panel quality and security is maintained
  • Manage assigned assets in order to maintain panel households and quality (e.g. metering equipment, laptop, company vehicle, mobile phone, etc.)
  • Liaise with quality control, panel management, and recruitment staff to maintain panel quality and performance
