Finance Analyst, AI Tutor

Join Mindrift, a pioneering AI platform, and contribute to the advancement of generative AI. As a freelance remote worker, you'll develop complex question-answer pairs for AI models, create scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses, and correct AI answers using your domain expertise. This role requires a Master's degree in finance or a related field, professional finance experience, and advanced English proficiency. You'll work on part-time, remote projects, balancing your commitments while making a tangible impact on AI quality. Requirements

• Have a Master’s degree in finance or relevant area
• Have professional experience in finance (such as Financial Forecasting, Risk Management, International Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Mathematical Finance, Public Finance, Behavioural Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Finance Technology, Algorithmic Trading, etc.)
• Have advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency
• Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Develop complex question-answer pairs for AI models
• Create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses
• Correct the AI's responses based on domain-specific knowledge
• Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
• Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers
