You will analyze financial processes, develop reports, facilitate system implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles
• Proven experience as a Finance Consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes and modules, including RTR, P2P, and ATR
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and implement optimized financial solutions
• Experience in report development and financial data analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with implementation methodologies and best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure system alignment with business objectives
• Design and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials solutions across modules like RTR, P2P, and ATR
• Develop and generate detailed financial reports tailored to organizational needs
• Facilitate system implementations, upgrades, and configurations for Oracle Fusion Financials
• Provide functional expertise and serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related system queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end financial solutions
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure user adoption and proficiency
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Oracle Fusion Financials is a plus
• Experience in finance process reengineering or system transformation projects
