Join the journey! As a Senior Finance Consultant at HSO, you will support our customers in their digital transformation on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations. You will take responsibility for finance areas in a project and lead junior consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable degree with relevant experience
• More than 3 years of finance project experience in ERP consulting (Dynamics 365 UO, SAP) as an in-house consultant or for a consulting firm
• Already have today the professional implementation responsibility for the finance area
• Alternatively, have already analyzed accounting and finance processes for some time and advised customers in this area
• Knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and German tax law
• Very good knowledge of the process landscape around debtor, creditor, asset, and general ledger accounting

Responsibilities

• Support customers in their digital transformation on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations
• Take responsibility for finance areas in a project and lead junior consultants
• Develop future-proof digitalization solutions with customers based on the best practice approach
• Apply our established project method HSO Excellerate in classic or agile form
• Take over the role of lead consultant for the finance area and bring your experience in presales into play
• Take on mentoring tasks for a junior consultant
