Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management
• Experience in ecommerce finance and metrics
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
• Manage cash flow planning and monitoring
• Create and analyze inventory forecasts, incorporating financial implications
• Lead strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives
• Generate and present financial reports to leadership
• Provide ecommerce-specific financial analysis and metrics tracking
• Develop and maintain regular financial reporting cadences
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
• Create and monitor KPIs for financial and operational performance
• Analyze variance in operational costs, including logistics and production
• Prepare special reports and insights for senior leadership
• Oversee accounts payable processes and purchase order management
• Track and analyze the cost of goods, including Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis
• Work with the operations team to optimize financial processes
• Monitor and analyze shipping costs and other operational expenses
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
• Analyze and optimize ecommerce-specific financial metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA certification
• Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or event-based retail
