Summary

Portcast is a Singapore-based B2B SaaS platform seeking a Finance Lead to drive financial strategy. The Finance Lead will oversee P&L, revenue forecasting, expense control, budget allocation, FP&A activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide strategic financial counsel. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, at least 7+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort working independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• At least 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
• Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies in an early stage startup environment
• Experience in establishing financial processes and frameworks from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Lead our financial strategy, aligning it with business objectives and growth plans
• Oversee and manage profit and loss (P&L), revenue forecasting, and expense control
• Collaborate closely with function heads to allocate budgets and support strategic initiatives
• Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial best practices
• Provide strategic financial counsel to the team and leadership
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize financial processes and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or CPA preferred
