Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting a development team(s)
  • Comfortable in leading cross-functional collaboration and building alignment around a vision
  • A proactive approach, turning ideas into action, problems into opportunities through customer advocacy, process improvement, and process analysis
  • Extensive experience working with Scrum/Agile methods, and tools such as Jira, Notion, and G-Suite
  • Ability to explain complex concepts or problems of varying content, style, and form to fit the needs of diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm priorities and dependencies of all project deliverables and ensure expectations are being met
  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders regarding actions and deliverables for their team, including actions in place for addressing any open issues
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of roadmap commitments and provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Identify and remove blockers and dependencies with other partner teams across the organization
  • Act as an advocate and team member working alongside one or more agile development teams, and ensure points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly
  • Work with team members to identify, define, and document best practices and decisions made
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in directly managing a project management team
  • Experience of building processes ground up
  • Familiarity or interest in the sports betting industry and product landscape
