Summary

The Finance Manager position at Aethir is responsible for managing cryptocurrency transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth operations. The company aims to serve enterprise AI clients and cloud gaming players with a decentralized architecture. Proficiency in Mandarin is required due to internal communication needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology sector
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and transaction monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organised cashier station, process cryptocurrency transactions accurately and securely using our digital payment systems
• Execute payments accurately and securely, leveraging appropriate payment methods and platforms in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle fiat currency transactions and reconcile them with cryptocurrency transactions
• Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
• Manage the company's financial records and transactions related to cryptocurrency holdings
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards
• Monitor cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges to track transactions and balances
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures for cryptocurrency transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial services, particularly in the cryptocurrency-related company is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office suite. Experienced in QuickBooks accounting software preferred but not a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
• Commitment to integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information
