Summary
Join Lyra Health's growing Finance team as a Finance Manager, reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This role focuses on the integration and strategic initiatives of a newly acquired entity. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to drive business performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment, identify synergies, and optimize costs and revenue. This position can be based in Burlingame, CA, or fully remote within the US. Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Analytics or related field
- 8+ years experience in FP&A or related function
- Experience supporting financial tracking of company integration / acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Own the financial business case for the deal, including developing, refining, and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts and synergy targets
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making related to integration and growth initiatives
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within newly integrated business units
- Facilitate strategic decision-making by providing rigorous financial analyses and creating financial processes, particularly around resource allocation and investment
- Drive accountability to ensure execution aligns with the business case; partner with cross-functional teams to quantify and track KPIs across operational and financial outcomes
- P&L Ownership. Lead the monthly financial reporting process for acquired entities, including variance analysis and management reporting, providing insights into performance drivers
- Monitor and track integration expenses against budget and identify areas for cost optimization
- Develop and present regular performance reports and readouts to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise software tools such as Pigment and Netsuite
