Finance Manager

Summary

You will lead cross-departmental projects, work closely with accounting and controlling departments, identify process improvements, and strive for excellence in implementing state-of-the-art solutions.

Requirements

• You hold a Degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Business Analysis or have completed your commercial training in a related field
• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, potentially in business analysis or consulting, and bring a broad understanding of accounting
• Excellent analytical skills, a high level of commitment and the ability to work under pressure, a confident attitude, strong communication skills, flexibility, initiative and the joy of working in a team are essential to the role
• You have an excellent and diplomatic way of communicating
• You are fluent in English & German

Responsibilities

• You lead cross-departmental projects to improve business management practices across the group
• You work closely with the accounting and controlling departments to further strengthen them
• You are able to identify process improvements and strive for excellence in implementing state-of-the art solutions
• You are self-dependent and you support decision-making processes through your active contribution in all areas
• You abstract where necessary to reach your audience but are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done
