Finance Manager

Summary

Join Clari's Finance and Accounting team as a Finance Manager, leading FP&A for the customer solutions team. This role involves partnering with leadership on financial and operational planning, championing improved reporting and analytics, and leading FP&A activities. You will be responsible for retention forecasting and gross margin planning, utilizing Clari's financial planning tool, Pigment. This is a fully remote opportunity, perfect for a self-starter eager to contribute to a high-growth startup. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or other financial and/or analytical roles
• Knowledge and skill with corporate planning tools (Pigment preferred) and financial systems (Netsuite) desired
• Expertise in GAAP, accounting principles, and ability to translate that to three-statement modeling
• Fluency with SaaS metrics, business models, and ability to explain to both senior and cross-functional audiences
• Experience working with customer success and professional services teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Solutions leadership teams on financial and operational planning, inclusive of consolidated retention forecasting, capacity planning, and margin planning
• Be the champion for improved reporting and analytics in service of being “data-driven”
• Lead FP&A activities for the customer solutions team, partner with corporate FP&A on budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting
• Be the source of truth for retention forecasting and reporting, partner with Analytics
• Own the consolidated gross margin planning and forecasting
• Use our financial planning tool Pigment to build scalable models
