Summary

Join LTK's Corporate Finance team as a Finance Manager and play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Lead core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, streamlining processes and implementing AI-enabled solutions. Develop and execute financial planning and forecasting cycles, create insightful financial analysis and reporting, and optimize financial systems and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and integrity. This high-impact role offers the chance to improve FP&A processes and leverage AI and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Experience operating as a high-performing individual contributor managing complex, enterprise-level workstreams
  • Strong Excel/G-sheet and PowerPoint/G-slides skills; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights), BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and automation platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements at scale
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills—able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership consumption
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own Core FP&A Processes: Lead the development, execution, and consolidation of financial planning and forecasting cycles, including annual budgets, monthly outlooks, and long-range plans across functions
  • Support Executive-Level Insights: Create and deliver high-quality and insightful financial analysis and executive reporting packages that support company-wide strategic decisions, investments, and goal setting
  • Optimize Financial Systems and Tools: Design and implement scalable, automated models and reporting dashboards that improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual work. Leverage financial systems and automation platforms to drive operational excellence
  • Champion Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to improve FP&A processes, including planning calendars, model standardization, and reporting frameworks
  • Leverage AI and Emerging Tech: Evaluate and incorporate AI-powered tools and predictive analytics into planning and reporting workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and insight quality
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with functional leaders and cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Ops, etc.) to align financial plans with business strategies and ensure accountability across spend and resource planning
  • Ensure Accuracy and Integrity: Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across financial systems, reports, and models

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI-based tools in financial planning or modeling is a strong plus
