Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or a related major
- 3-5 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce or tech companies
- Proven experience working with ERP systems
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
- Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve the accuracy and consistency of financial reports through robust data validation and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies, acting as a key point of contact for system integrity issues
- Implement and maintain system-driven controls to safeguard financial data, and support internal and external audits
- Support the integration of NetSuite with other internal and external systems
- Support the automation of financial accounting and reporting processes by contributing to ongoing projects
- Contribute to improving the degree of accuracy of Finance data through system controls and process documentation
- Drive operational efficiency by supporting the implementation of new solutions, including AI-enabled ones
- Act as a key partner to internal stakeholders, providing essential technical expertise and bridging gaps between different departments
- Work closely with Product Managers to support QC and rollout of new system solutions
- Promote a culture of accountability and compliance by assisting with the end-to-end documentation of key processes
Preferred Qualifications
- A good foundation in SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages is a plus
- Previous exposure to the Finance function and an understanding of Finance business processes is a plus
