Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance systems, automation or business analysis earned in an innovative business context (digital or ecommerce ventures preferred)
  • Good knowledge of finance processes, accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) and financial automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Administration, maintenance, optimization, integration of Netsuite and other finance systems
  • Collect and implement new user requirements and change requests
  • Handle system upgrades, testing and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted system performance and data accuracy
  • Collaborate effectively with external system vendors
  • Recommend process improvements through technology based solutions, including the assessment of new third party software
  • Drive project management efforts in the process automation area
  • Support identification and enforcement of best practices for system configuration, security and data management in line with IPO readiness standards
  • Work closely with finance, tech and business stakeholders to design and implement system solutions that meet user requirements
  • Being the POC for the Shared Service Center teams (AP & AR) for any need related to systems and automation, including Audit
  • Being the POC for engineering team when it comes to in-house and third party systems interdependencies
