Finance Project Manager, German Speaker Junior

Summary

Join our Finance Projects/Corporate Finance Team and contribute to driving collaboration and integration among internal and external finance team members and non-finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or have completed commercial training in a relevant area
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, in areas like controlling, business analysis, finance, or a similar field, with a foundational understanding of accounting principles
• Be diligent and persistent, eager to learn, and have an understanding of overall business activities
• Possess good analytical skills, a strong commitment to your work, and the ability to handle pressure while collaborating effectively with others
• Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, showing flexibility and initiative in a team environment
• Be fluent in English & German

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic analysis and monitor key performance metrics to support financial decision-making
• Ensure the effectiveness of our Internal Control Systems (ICS) and maintain compliance across finance operations
• Collaborate closely with the accounting and controlling departments to identify process improvements and assist in implementing effective solutions
• Support the development of financial frameworks and documentation of finance processes, policies and practices
• Communicate effectively with your audience, actively collaborating with team members and taking initiative to contribute to projects as needed
