Financial Analyst, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Financial Analyst at Compass, a customer service partner company in the Philippines. Requirements

• Experience in a Financial Analyst position at a BPO
• Bachelor's Degree in a field related to finance or business preferred
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• At least 2 years of work experience with financial analysis
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Excellent working knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Google sheets is a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, take initiatives and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization, and time management skills to ensure work is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Manage the Daily Tracker File of financials for all company brands
• Assist in the analysis, investigation and research supporting the needs of organization's financial planning
• Gather and analyze financial information to prepare forecasts and analyses
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue forecasts
• Compare forecasts to actual results and analyze for accuracy and trends
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate financial data/reports are prepared and presented
• Ensure reports are clear and comprehensible
• Make recommendations to improve the efficiency of the financial reporting processes and budget
• Maintain and analyze appropriate financial related data and research and troubleshoot discrepancies; draw accurate conclusions through the use of mathematical and financial reasoning
• Provide accurate and timely feedback on discrepancies and/or any concerning financial conditions or situations
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required by Compass

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with or knowledge of contact center operations is a plus
