Summary

Job Description: Marcus & Millichap is seeking a career-minded Analyst for its Atlanta office to support its top Investment Sales Team in the disposition of retail properties. The Analyst will provide analytical, marketing, and research assistance. Ideal candidates should have exposure to the CRE industry or coursework, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, detail orientation, high organization, coachability, and ability to multi-task.

Requirements

• Commercial Real Estate Experience or Coursework
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (Required)
• Strong work ethic and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people of all personality types
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and coachable with the ability to prioritize multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation, review, and editing of marketing collateral
• Communicate with underwriters, graphic designers, and third-party vendors
• Read and abstract leases
• Research, accumulate & organize relevant tenant information and sales/rent comps for assignments
