Financial Analyst

Summary

Join our Finance Team as a key member making high growth and high impact happen! Assist with monthly financial reporting, support annual planning and budgeting, maintain long-range financial model, work collaboratively with business stakeholders, monitor key performance indicators, assist with preparation of board and investor materials, lead ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience, including financial, analytical and/or other related business field; investment banking, consulting, healthcare, and/or SaaS experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business required
• Expert modeling and Excel skills are an absolute must-have
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting required; CFA or CPA a plus
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
• Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy; SQL skills and experience working with large datasets a plus
• Focused and proactive quick thinker, with the ability to work creatively and independently
• Ability to partner cross-functionally, influence, and communicate with all levels of management

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including providing variance analysis and commentary
• Support the annual planning and budgeting process and subsequent forecast updates
• Maintain long-range financial model to assist with business strategic planning and long-term goals
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather planning inputs, track performance, and drive expense management
• Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Assist with preparation of board and investor materials
• Lead ad hoc financial projects, such as profitability, ROI, and buy vs. build analysis; summarize findings and provide recommendations
