Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Ride Health as a Senior Financial Analyst and play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights, and driving data-driven decision-making. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology or investment banking environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and a high level of integrity
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Financial Insights
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance
• Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and new business underwriting
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the company to uncover financial trends and translate data into actionable insights that improve performance
• Build and Report on Financial Performance
• Develop and track key financial and customer metrics (KPIs), providing clear visibility into our performance against targets
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, the executive team, and key stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including board decks and investor communications, helping to tell our company's story
• Lead Operational Excellence
• Identify and champion process improvements within the finance function and across the company to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our financial operations are robust and competitive

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Proficiency in databases, data pipelines and SQL querying is a plus
