Summary

Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, providing strategic insights, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology or investment banking environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and handling large datasets is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles is a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and a high level of integrity

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance
  • Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities, pricing strategies, and potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial metrics and KPIs, tracking performance against targets
  • Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including board presentations, financial statements, and investor relations communications
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform financial decision-making
