Requirements

• Be a qualified CA or a Tier-1 MBA with 0-1 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have an exceptional professional track record
• Have strong knowledge of accounting, finance, reporting, budgeting, business operations, strategic planning, FP&A
• Have knowledge of Advance Excel, MS Office & PPT
• Possess an analytical mind
• Have negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
• Possess commercial and business awareness/acumen
• Have good communication skills both written and verbal
• Have the ability to stick to time constraints

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management
• Develop financial plans along with various business and technology teams with rigour on bottom's up approach
• Ensure seamless finance activities in the department and prepare monthly MIS for accounting functions, and work on budgets as per Accounting Standards
• Track and measure key financials and business metrics
• Support month-end account closures, procedures, and corrections as needed
• Prepare the plans vs actuals regularly, in-depth analysis of variance, and communicate the same proactively, creating the right visibility and enabling actionable planning
• Handle Ad-hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time
• Participate in & drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency
