Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong project management skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Familiarity with CPM tools such as Prophix, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual plans, re-forecasts, monthly close and variance analyses, and executive reporting in partnership with the Senior Manager of Finance
  • Partner with Accounting supporting financial close, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of entries
  • Create intuitive analytic tools, reports, spreadsheets, and models that utilize a variety of data sources to provide critical business insights
  • Build partnership with department leaders to understand drivers, trends, opportunities, and share insights and recommendations through data
  • Understand global operations, develop ad-hoc business analysis, and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions
  • Own all aspects of maintaining and updating Prophix, our CPM tool
  • Proactively identify and implement changes to continually improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of planning & analysis activities

Preferred Qualifications

B2C and B2B software industry experience preferred
