Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Sales Controller, or in a similar role
• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Have a natural talent for analyzing data and a passion for sales numbers
• Be fluent in both German and English, and if you speak another European language, that’s a great bonus!

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the controlling function and continuously improve processes, challenging the status quo in sales profitability, pricing, and tracking
• Keep a close eye on promotional and contractual sales obligations, ensuring they’re tracked, monitored, and approved smoothly
• Partner with the controlling team on budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings, while contributing to key business case evaluations
• Push boundaries by continuously challenging and refining finance processes, making them more efficient
• Play a vital role in supporting seamless reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the international Consumer Sales Team, working together to drive impactful results
