Requirements

• Demonstrate a proven ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions in complex and dynamic environments
• Possess knowledge of GAAP
• Have extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Demonstrate an innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on process improvements and financial optimization
• Be highly self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated history of taking initiative and driving financial strategies in previous roles

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and improvement
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, auditing requirements, and financial policies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategy
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve financial performance
• Continuously review industry trends, financial regulations, and competitor activities to adapt financial strategies accordingly
