Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Experience using financial and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Experience working in a remote environment and managing financial operations virtually
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business growth and strategic decision-making
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure financial stability
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and tax requirements
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and cost-saving initiatives
• Conduct financial risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
• Work with external accountants and auditors to manage tax filings and financial audits
• Implement and manage financial systems and accounting software
• Support payroll processing and employee compensation planning
