Summary

Join one of the top privacy-first omnichannel ad platforms and gaming companies as a hybrid role with three days per week in our Berlin and Hamburg offices. Outside these cities, the position can be filled remotely within Germany.

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in Accounting
• IFRS/ US GAAP knowledge and strong Excel Skills are required
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred experience with Netsuite or SAP S4 Hana)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and navigate through large datasets
• Structured way of working with strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency and taking responsibility for own domain
• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

• Advertiser/Publisher billing reconciliation
• Credit notes preparations
• Ops / Supply team Enquiries
• Advertiser / Publisher Master data maintenance
• Regular AR/AP Postings
• Weekly Sync with Demand & Supply + Ops
• Follow up on overdue receivables/collections
• Support weekly Cash Flow Planning
• Initiate publisher payment runs, revenue and COS accrual postings, intercompany postings
• Audit support, Internal audit, and compliance
• Backfill Billing for other team members
• Undertake automation projects and lead them to completion (with supervision from manager)
