Join Kalshi's Finance team as an early member in the Financial Operations role. You will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of funds within our organization, overseeing financial transactions, generating daily reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a financial exchange or payment processing company with a high transaction volume
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of funds within our organization
• Oversee a high volume of financial transactions, tracking money inflows and outflows from various sources
• Generate daily reports to provide a snapshot of financial activity, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
• Continuously monitor and optimize financial processes to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to financial regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide valuable insights to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that may impact our operations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and achieve operational excellence

Benefits
