Summary

Requirements

• Detailed understanding of all elements of personal finance
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Design financial plans with clients
• Get to know your clients' life priorities, context, and background
• Support your clients to identify and articulate their goals
• Help clients compile action plans with specific and discrete steps to make progress towards their goals
• Develop collaborative client relationships, establishing rapport during introductory videocall
• Flex to the client's preferred style(s) of support -- including celebrating their wins and helping them stay accountable
• Maintain two-way communication with clients through chat, email, phone, and text

Preferred Qualifications

• CFP® designation or equivalent
• 2+ years of member facing financial planning experience
