Join Testlio's growing finance team as their first Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate! This 100% remote role, open to EMEA and APAC regions (excluding high-cost-of-living locations), offers the unique opportunity to build the FP&A function from the ground up. You will develop and maintain financial models, conduct in-depth analyses, and provide key insights for strategic decision-making. Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field focusing on quantitative subjects
- 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth environment, preferably within investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A at a technology/services company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
- Strategic, curious, and driven to find impactful solutions
- Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills, including proficiency in data querying, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and drivers of business performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for ELT and the Board
- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Partner closely with business leaders across all departments to understand their financial needs and provide insightful analysis and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, HR, and Platform teams
- Collaborate with the Delivery and People team to build and maintain capacity planning and forecasting models
- Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation possibilities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into business performance
