Summary

The job is for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Yubo, a social discovery app for Gen Z users. The role involves producing financial reports, preparing business plans, and collaborating with the finance team. The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in auditing, transactional services or consulting, preferably in a start-up/scale up environment.

Requirements

• Experience in auditing, transactional services or consulting
• Experience in start-up/scale up
• English B2-C1
• Excellent financial modeling scenario analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of excel & appetite for tools
• Strong accounting skills

Responsibilities

• Produce financial reports (internal and external)
• Prepare and model business plans
• Supervise of monthly and annual closing
• Help prepare board meetings
• Produce monthly team budget review with the team (actual vs forecast) and have corrective action if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big Four
• SQL & dataviz tools (looker…)
• International, multi-entity experience
