Financial Planning and Analysis Associate

Summary

The job description is for a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate at SimpliRoute, a startup revolutionizing logistics in Latin America. The role involves financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Engineer (Civil or Commercial, preferably with commercial background)
• 0 to 3 years of experience in financial planning, control of management, or financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Follow-up of operational financial KPIs through creation and evaluation of reports and dashboards
• Financial and qualitative evaluation of strategic projects and initiatives of the company
• Generation of tools and analyses that allow for efficient decision-making and planning through data analysis
• Analysis and monitoring of the financial history of the company, allowing for evaluation and decision-making
• Budget management
• Evaluation of projects: Evaluating corporate strategies and projects presented, performing qualitative and financial analysis of the various involved variables
• Reporting: Analysis and creation of ad-hoc reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Analysis of the business (revenues, costs, KPIs, etc.) with the objective of maximizing sales and returns
• Vendor management: recording and planning of payments to vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startups/scale-ups
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SQL or other data processing languages
• Knowledge of Odoo
• Knowledge of Tableau
