Requirements

• High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate
• Strong technical skills; ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems at once
• High-speed internet with ethernet access
• Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to U.S. customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, utilizing an automatic call distribution system
• Work within multiple transfer agent systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Participate in ongoing training and stay abreast of financial regulatory changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Investment industry or financial experience
• College degree (or currently working towards one) or financial customer service experience
