Requirements
- Ability to work in English speaking environment (required language level C1)
- Computer literacy and ability to interpret documents and procedures, according to specific timelines
- Initiative and independence in solving problems
- Drive to learn new things
- Higher education or being in the last years of study with ability to work full-time
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks
- Process account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers
- Follow up on clientsβ requests when needed via phone, letter and email
- Take part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, various group projects and initiatives
- Provide feedback on the current workflows
- Propose innovations and participating in implementing those
