Requirements

  • Ability to work in English speaking environment (required language level C1)
  • Computer literacy and ability to interpret documents and procedures, according to specific timelines
  • Initiative and independence in solving problems
  • Drive to learn new things
  • Higher education or being in the last years of study with ability to work full-time

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks
  • Process account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers
  • Follow up on clients’ requests when needed via phone, letter and email
  • Take part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, various group projects and initiatives
  • Provide feedback on the current workflows
  • Propose innovations and participating in implementing those
